⚙️ Cloud Settings Expanded (New Tabs)

General tab: Edit your cloud's information, with unsaved changes warnings and a redesigned delete cloud flow
AI Models tab: Admins and owners can now manage which AI models are available in their cloud — show or hide built-in models, add your own custom models, set a default model, and edit pricing tier, image generation, and context length
Templates tab: Create, edit, and delete chat templates from a dedicated workspace with quick filters and a clean drawer for editing instructions
Connectors tab: Browse, connect, and manage app integrations from one place — see status at a glance and disconnect with one click
Plan & Pricing shortcut: Quick jump from cloud settings to your subscription

Zoom: Schedule meetings, summarize recordings, and pull transcripts into chat
Microsoft 365: Connect Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft services
Asana: Bring tasks, projects, and assignments into your conversations
MCP Servers: Add your own custom Model Context Protocol servers with a remote URL — host favicons display automatically so you can tell them apart
Better discoverability: An add-server button at the top of the list and a settings shortcut in the connect popover header
Shareable connector links: The selected connector lives in the URL so you can deep-link straight to a connector's setup page

Usage tab in Settings: New page with daily and weekly progress meters showing how much of your AI usage you've consumed
Fast & Free fallback: When you hit your usage cap, conversations automatically continue on our Fast & Free model so your work never stops
In-context notification: A toast lets you know when the fallback kicks in, with a quick link to view your usage details
New model grouping: "Emerge Fast & Free" and "Emerge Private Hosted" categories in the model picker

Bring your own models: Add custom AI models to your cloud — wire up the provider, base URL, model ID, and pricing
Hide models you don't use: Toggle visibility of any built-in model to keep the picker focused on what your team actually uses
Set a default model: Pick the model that new chats should use by default with a single click
Quick filters: Filter models by provider, capability, or status
DeepSeek added: DeepSeek joins the list of supported providers with full quick-filter and logo support
Permission-aware: Only admins and owners can manage models; viewers see read-only details

Manage Devices: View all active sessions for your account with device, browser, and last-used info — sign out from a single session or every device at once
Linked sign-in methods: New Auth Methods section shows every way you can sign in (Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, email) with cards for each provider
Admin: view member sign-in methods: From the member list, admins can open a member's credential sheet to see which sign-in methods they have connected
OAuth-aware password reset: Password reset is disabled for accounts that only use social sign-in

Upvote / downvote: Quickly rate AI responses with thumbs up or thumbs down to help us improve quality
Per-message tracking: Your feedback is remembered so you can see what you've already rated

Delete tasks: Remove tasks you no longer need with a confirmation dialog
Reopen resets progress: Reopening a closed task now properly resets its progress state

Create tags on the fly: Add a new tag directly from the contact or company drawer — no need to bounce to settings
Improved search: Contacts and Companies now search by name, email, and tag together
Distinct pagination: Companies pagination is now independent of contacts so navigating one doesn't affect the other

Text, JSON, and CSV previews: Open plain text, JSON, and CSV files directly from Drive and file previews
CSV table view: CSV files render as a proper table with headers
Reliable text loading: File content is now proxied through our API so previews work consistently across browsers and networks
Size guards: Large text files show a clear message instead of hanging

M4A and AAC audio: Upload M4A and AAC voice memos and audio clips directly into chat

Release notes notice: A one-time toast appears after a new release with a link to see what's new — shown once per version, per browser

Billing visible to all roles: Clouds and Members tabs in billing are now visible to all roles, with owner-only actions where appropriate
Role badge: Your role is shown in the Manage Members banner for clearer context
Subscription banner scoped correctly: The banner now only appears when the current cloud actually belongs to your subscription
Updated admin role descriptions: Clearer copy explaining what each role can do
Cloud Viewer hidden from invites: Removed from member onboarding and management views where it didn't make sense

Full-page deleted state: When a cloud has been deleted, you see a clear full-page state instead of an overlay
Recently deleted tracking: Recently deleted clouds are tracked so the UI reflects the deletion immediately
Improved delete flow: Redesigned delete cloud modal with safer confirmation

Search modal: Removed the confusing "Updated N/A" group — chats without a last-updated date now fall back to their created date
Search modal labels: Fixed an incorrect label that appeared in some search results
Move chat errors: Clearer messages when you don't have permission to move a chat between projects or clouds, including a proper 403 response
Drag-and-drop overlay: The chat input drag overlay now resets correctly after uploading through the file modal
Weak password message: Improved wording for weak password and data-breach errors during registration, with full translations
Upgrade page padding: Restored top padding on large screens
Reset countdown formatting: Usage reset times now use a localized "in 5 hours" format instead of a custom formatter
Project update toast: A success toast now confirms when you save changes to a project
Public project duplicates: Fixed duplicated members appearing in public project member lists
Custom model deletion: Deleting a custom AI model now refreshes the list immediately
Subscription enforcement: The model picker is disabled when the subscription is no longer active
Connector list flash: Prevented a brief flash of the wrong connector list while subscription data was loading
Modal overflow on small screens: Fixed AI model create modal content overflowing on small viewports
